Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
Changed your mind or made an error during purchase? No problem. Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of date of purchase for Pod and Bottle products. To be eligible your Nuvoe products must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. If a product is received that does not pass the above criteria it will not qualify for a refund.
To initiate a return or exchange for your product contact us at support@mynuvoe.com and we will issue you a return label. The cost of the return request or exchange is $9.00 which will be deducted from your refund.
When contacting support please provide your invoice number and confirm which products you are returning from the order.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to confirm the shipment has been received. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 10-14 days.
1-year limited warranty
At Nuvoe, we want to build long-term relationships with our customers and will work to resolve any problems you might have with our product.
A 1-year limited warranty beginning at the time of purchase (the “Warranty Period”) applies to all Nuvoe products sold.
We warrant our products to be free from manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship, and failure or breakage of parts/full products that render them non-functional.
This limited warranty only applies to defective items, where a replacement unit of a similar price value will be sent out.
This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or unreasonable use or neglect such as lens breakage, and only applies to issues causing a defective and unusable product.
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our team within 30 days of discovery, so we can help you repair or replace the part/full product with a full-functioning item. Please also include your order ID/proof of purchase and the product lot number in your email.

Re-shipping fee
We charge a processing fee and the costs of return shipping to re-ship orders that have been returned to us for the following reasons:
- Unknown reason – refused or rejected upon delivery
- Insufficient/incorrect address entered during the ordering process
- Unclaimed or abandoned parcels from your local post office
Re-shipping fees are variable depending on your location.
Damaged in shipment
Please be sure to inspect your product on receipt. If your product is damaged in transit, please email us at support@mynuvoe.com right away. Include a description of the damages as well as pictures and/or video. This information is extremely helpful to ensure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced right away.
