While we will try our best to fulfil all orders, certain Nuvoe products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Currency & Pricing

Product prices offered on the Site may vary from other advertised prices due to conditions in different geographic markets.

Product prices are listed in your local currency whenever possible - when this is not possible the currency default is in US Dollars. Please check pricing at checkout.

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. If we discover price errors, they will be corrected and applied to your order. Nuvoe reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted and accepted).

Shipping fees may apply for international shipments to the following regions - Europe, South America, Canada, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

The trademarks, service marks and logos (the “Trademarks”) used and displayed on this Site are registered and unregistered Trademarks of Nuvoe. The contents on the site are intended solely for personal and non-commercial use (except for the purchase of merchandise from the site).

You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, modify, display, distribute, create derivative works of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the contents of this site, without the prior written permission of Nuvoe.

The Nuvoe patents, designs and intellectual property indicated and displayed on this site are the sole property of Nuvoe. We reserve all rights to the IP.

Mobile/SMS Messaging

The Nuvoe mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Nuvoe (“Nuvoe”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Nuvoe’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Nuvoe through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Nuvoe. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Nuvoe or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Nuvoe mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

For Service support or assistance, text HELP to Nuvoe or email support.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

User Comments, Feedback and other Submissions

We welcome any suggestions and comments. Please be aware that by sending creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, at our request or otherwise, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or any other format (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.

We may monitor, edit, or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion is inappropriate.

Giveaway

At Nuvoe, we always appreciate the support of our community, and to show our gratitude, we are constantly giving back the best way we know how - giveaways with amazing brands that we know and love. We run giveaways every now and then, so stay tuned or turn on your Instagram notifications so you don't miss out on the awesome prize packs!

Eligibility

Per Instagram and Facebook rules, our giveaway promotion is in no way sponsored, administered, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering; entrants confirm that they are 18+ years of age, release Instagram and Facebook of responsibility, and agree to Meta Platforms, Inc.’s terms of use.

At any stage, Nuvoe may ask you to provide us with proof of age and/or identity. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture.

Employees of Nuvoe are not eligible to participate.

Date of giveaways

Our giveaways will start and end on the date specified on the Nuvoe Instagram and/or Facebook posts. Entries after the closing date will not be allowed.

How to enter

Our giveaway posts on Instagram and/or Facebook will explain the entry procedure. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the giveaways.

The winner(s)

Our giveaways are open worldwide (unless specified), and the winner(s) will be randomly selected. We usually pick our winners within 5 business days after the giveaway's closing date.

Nuvoe will only accept winning entries if they satisfy the giveaway entry requirements. After confirming that they have fulfilled the giveaway's entry requirements, they will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message, Facebook Message or email. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted or do not claim their prize within 48 hours, Nuvoe reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick another winner. Nuvoe’s decision regarding all matters to do with our giveaways will be final and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or third party.

Please note that Nuvoe’s Instagram and Facebook are the only verified accounts for Nuvoe, and we won’t contact you from any other account.

We are aware of scam accounts, so please report/block their messages and requests and refrain from sharing personal information with them.

Prize

The winner(s) will receive all the products as listed in the giveaway post on Instagram, Facebook or Gleam. Prizes are not transferable or refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Shipment

The winner(s) prizes will be shipped out from a warehouse that is nearest to them.

After prizes have been shipped, Nuvoe will share your tracking details so you can track their whereabouts.

Personal data

By entering, entrants agree to the Terms and Conditions and the official rules, including email communication and special offers from all participating brands.

The only personal information required for our giveaways is the entrant's full name, email address, mailing address, and contact number. Your personal information will be shared with all participating brands and safely stored in our databases.

Limitation of liability

By entering our giveaways, entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Nuvoe, its legal representatives, respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with our giveaways or the acceptance of the prize.

Offers.

From time to time, we may run promotions on our website, which are subject to both these Terms & Conditions and any additional promotion-specific terms which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. You should ensure that you read the specific terms that apply to each promotion. By proceeding to purchase, you agree and accept these Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of the applicable promotion(s).

Acceptance.

By using/attempting to use a Nuvoe promotion code for an offer or make a purchase to redeem a Gift With Purchase, you agree to accept and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Offer period.

Promotions are available for a limited time only, as long as advertised on www.mynuvoe.com as stated on the promotion coupon or otherwise advised.

Conditions.

Promotion/discount codes are not valid for cash or cash equivalent and are not redeemable to purchase Last Chance, Limited Edition and Collaboration items and digital gift cards.

Promotion/discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases or combined with other offers or discounts. Unique discount or promotion codes cannot be used during sitewide promotion periods unless specified otherwise.

Redemption.

To redeem an offer during an Offer Period, enter the promotion code into the "gift card or discount code" box during the checkout process, purchase using an auto-applied code or select the promotion pop-up in your cart.

No discount codes are required to redeem Gift With Purchase promotions.

Shipping.

Promotional codes do not apply to shipping costs. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure postal details are correct.

Returns.

Returns and exchanges are subject to Nuvoe’s return policy. If you return or seek a refund on any item purchased using a promotional offer, the value of the discount will not be refunded to you.

Entire Agreement

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.
